Farbod Yadollahi, born in 1967 in Tehran, is a distinguished Iranian percussionist, renowned for his expertise in the Tombak and other percussion instruments. He studied under two legendary masters, Mohammad Esmaili and Bahman Rajabi, and later went on to design and create the innovative percussion instrument, the “Farodo,” a unique combination of two Udus. Farbod’s deep understanding of rhythm, along with his creative contributions to percussion, has made him a leading figure in the world of Persian music.
