My Background and Teaching Experience
I’m Farzaneh Najar, and I hold a PhD in Animal Physiology from Tehran University of Science and Research. With nearly 10 years of teaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of educating students at both undergraduate and graduate levels in physiology, biology, and laboratory courses. My teaching has reached students in fields like microbiology, nursing, toxicology, and molecular cell biology at institutions such as Tehran and Qom Azad University of Medical Sciences and Tehran University.
My Research and Academic Focus
Throughout my academic career, I’ve conducted research on critical topics like the effects of antidepressant drugs on heart arrhythmias caused by ouabain and the role of brain receptors in fear behavior and memory loss. I have published several articles in prestigious ISI journals and presented my work at both local and international conferences. My MS and PhD research projects explored complex subjects related to brain receptors and memory, providing valuable insights in the field of physiology.
